How To Start A Chapter or Choral Union

If you are interested in starting a Choral Union or Chapter as an affiliate of the National Convention of Gospel Choirs & Choruses, Inc., please email the office of the President or send correspondence to:

Forward your Letter of Intent and at least three (3) references to one of the above contacts.

Your Letter of Intent should include:

  1. Your request to become an affiliate of the NCGCC, Inc.
  2. What your goals are as they relate to the promotion of Gospel music, and 
  3. How our organization could assist you in reaching your goals

Your references should verify your participation in the community and how your proposed choral union or chapter will be able to further the promotion of Gospel music in your area. Your references will be contacted.

After approval has been granted, you will be requested to forward a registration fee to the Lockbox of the NCGCC, Inc. A date, acceptable to you and the person who will formally introduce you as an Applicant Member of the NCGCC, Inc. will be set at this time. This ceremony may take place at one of your regular meetings or at an organized service to include the community.

Becoming A Part of NCGCC

You must be part of a Union in order to be a member of the NCGCC. If you are not a member, please use our Union Directory to locate a Union in your area and contact the Union president for information on how to join.
